I’ll say it every time I post a playlist, but people who are able to run without musical motivation need to be given major props.
Obviously, I am not one of those people. And I’ve owned it.
Some of these jams have been mentioned around the blog before, but that’s okay. Power songs are intended to build you up and motivate you when you really need it. Like during the last few miles of a marathon or the half marathon or even the entire time during a 5k.
Think of them as little pick me ups.
I realize the majority of these are older songs. But maybe they are new to you. Or you forgot about them. Either way, give them a listen.
With college football starting in a few weeks, you know I had to throw in some Enter Sandman. Because really, Virginia Tech is the best. But, I’m majorly biased.
